Adolfo’s on Frenchman Street fit for a Queen

Apple Bar New Orleans Frenchman Street

Take in the chilled vibe at Apple Bar downstairs when waiting for a table at Adolfo’s.

It would be easy to miss Adolfo’s on Frenchman Street, tucked away above the cosy Apple Bar. Just make sure you don’t walk on by and miss a culinary treat of a lifetime.

Krewe d’Agave was basking in a pure 100% blue agave glow so taking in the relaxed sounds at Apple Bar suited us perfectly.

Adolfo’s is small, funky and lively, doesn’t take reservations or credit cards.

But who cares if you have to pay cash and wait a bit  to experience New Orlean’s finest Italian Créole cuisine.

Together several different dishes were shared and every plate was clean down to the last bite.

The Queen’s personal choice, Chicken Vincent, didn’t disappoint. The chicken was grilled to perfection topped with Louisiana Tasso Ham and spicy Cajun cream sauce.

It was enough to send saliva dripping off a fork’s tongue.
